We are pleased to let you know that the PCDA's Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 12:15 to 1:00 EST. 

As you know, this meeting is critical to elect the new Board of Directors and to ensure new leadership is in place by September to meet our legal and operational requirements.  This is also an important opportunity to reflect on the financials and the achievements of the 2024-2025 year and for us to share future plans.

We understand many of you may be on vacation or have scheduling conflicts during this time however your participation is still required and you can do so by assigning a proxy vote if you are unable to attend.
