Speaker Bio: 

Max Seider is a Registered Dietitian, national speaker, and clinical expert in palliative and serious illness nutrition. She has worked in clinical nutrition and research for over a decade. Across inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, she has supported thousands of medically complex patients and brings a strong combination of clinical expertise, research, and real-world decision-making to her sessions. She is also the creator of the Applied Palliative Nutrition program, a practical education program designed to help healthcare professionals strengthen their skills in complex nutrition decision-making and compassionate, evidence-informed care.
