About the Event

NOTE: the approach to this KTE is a little different than past KTEs. From noon to 12:30pm, video excerpts from her group program will be shown. From 12:30-1pm, Jessica will be live for Q&A. Please prepare your questions in advance.

Jessica Serdikoff Romola is a New Jersey-based registered dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Jessica graduated from West Chester University and completed her dietetic internship through ARAMARK. She now runs both Dessert Without Guilt, a virtual Intuitive Eating private practice, as well as Empowering Dietitians, a supervision and consultation business for fellow dietitians.

Through Empowering Dietitians, Jessica helps her colleagues more clearly define their professional identities and values, collaborate with others more effectively, and build confidence in their work using an evidence-based framework. She specializes in case consultations for intuitive eating, weight inclusivity, and disordered eating.

Jessica also hosts The Empowering Dietitians Podcast, where she discusses the most pressing issues in the field with the goal of advocating for and supporting a stronger, more equitable future for the profession.

Additional information can be found on her website (https://empoweringdietitians.com/) or through her Instagram (@empowering.dietitians).
